Definitive B1 rating with positive outlook assigned to the bonds issued by Globaltrans’ subsidiary

Globaltrans Investment PLC (the “Company” and together with its consolidated subsidiaries “Globaltrans” or the “Group”; LSE ticker GLTR) announces that Moody’s Investors Service has recently assigned a definitive B1 rating with positive outlook to two issuances of three-year Russian rouble (RUB) denominated bonds for a total amount of RUB 10 billion with a coupon rate of 10.00% per annum by Globaltrans’ wholly-owned subsidiary, New Forwarding Company. The Company acted as the guarantor for the issues.
