Fitch assigns 'BB' rating to Globaltrans; stable outlook

Globaltrans Investment PLC (the “Company” and together with its consolidated subsidiaries “Globaltrans” or the “Group”; LSE ticker GLTR) announces that Fitch Ratings has assigned Globaltrans a Long-term foreign currency Issuer Default Rating (IDR) of 'BB' with a stable outlook.
