Globaltrans to continue servicing 100% of Metalloinvest rail volumes
Globaltrans Investment PLC (“The Company” or together with its consolidated subsidiaries “Globaltrans” or “The Group”) (LSE ticker: GLTR), announces that the Group has agreed with Metalloinvest to continue transporting 100% of its rail volumes. Under the contractual arrangements, from 01 June 2013 to 31 May 2015 the Group will transport 100% of Metalloinvest rail volumes, an increase from the minimum 60% initially agreed for the period. From now, transportation prices are subject to quarterly review and agreement between the parties.
