Fitch affirms Globaltrans at 'BB+'; outlook stable and rates NFC’s proposed bond BB+(EXP)
Globaltrans Investment PLC (“the Company” or together with its consolidated subsidiaries “Globaltrans” or “the Group”) (LSE ticker: GLTR) today announces that Fitch Ratings has affirmed Globaltrans' Long-term foreign currency Issuer Default Rating (IDR) at 'BB+' with a stable outlook and assigned wholly owned subsidiary Joint-Stock Company New Forwarding Company's (NFC) proposed bond an expected local currency senior unsecured rating of 'BB+(EXP)'.
