Intra-group reorganisation of subsidiary

Globaltrans Investment PLC (together with its consolidated subsidiaries the “Company”, “Globaltrans” or the “Group”, LSE ticker: GLTR) today announces the intra-group reorganisation of OOO Steeltrans (renamed from MMK-Trans) which will be incorporated into AO New Forwarding Company, both wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company. This is the next step in the integration of Steeltrans following its acquisition in February 2013 and forms part of the optimisation of Globaltrans’ corporate structure.
The reorganisation of OOO Steeltrans is expected to be completed by the end of 2015 after completion of all required filings, registrations and procedures according to Russian Federation laws.
