Fitch downgrades Globaltrans to 'CC' following Sovereign Rating Action

Globaltrans Investment PLC (“The Company” or together with its consolidated subsidiaries “Globaltrans” or “The Group”), (LSE/MOEX ticker: GLTR) announces that Fitch Ratings has downgraded Globaltrans’ Long-Term Foreign Issuer Default Rating (IDR) to 'CC' from 'B'/RWN and Local-Currency Issuer Default Rating (IDR) to 'CC' from 'B+'/RWN.
The rating action follows the agency's downgrade of Russia's sovereign ratings on 8 March 2022.
